*60 DAY WARRANTIES

All parts come with a 60 day warranty. Best TV Parts Plus guarantees the component for 60 days from the date of purchase. Physical damage; water, dust, fire, electrical damage...etc are not covered. If the part is modified in any way beyond the way it was received the warranty will be voided. If the part fails due to normal and proper use it can be exchanged for the exact part, if it's in stock.  If the part is not in stock a refund will be sent for the cost of the part. The purchaser will be required to notify Best TV Parts Plus by email for any warranty claims. The date of purchase and the date of the warranty claim email is what will be used to determine if purchase qualifies for warranty coverage. The purchaser will be required to send the defective part back to Best TV Parts Plus at their cost, a replacement part will then be sent back to the purchaser's indicated address at Best TV Parts Plus expense. Warranties are limited to one replacement. Warranties are also limited to the television models listed on our website that the part is compatible with. Warranties are limited to the continental USA and Canada.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Best Tv Parts Plus, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract.  Best Tv Parts Plus, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.

INDEMNIFICATION

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Best Tv Parts Plus from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms. Best TV Parts Plus it's directors, employees or related companies shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of any TV component.

VARIATION OF TERMS

Best Tv Parts Plus is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

ASSIGNMENT

The Best Tv Parts Plus is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Best Tv Parts Plus and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the province and federal courts located in Ontario, Canada  for the resolution of any disputes.

PARTS SOURCE

Most of the parts come from cracked screen TV's. The parts are verified as working before sending out. 

WARRANTY FULFILMENTS & DISPUTES

All requests for warranty fulfillments are to be initially sent directly only to Best TV Parts Plus and are not be filled as a dispute through PayPal. If the warranty coverage is not fulfilled i.e. a replacement part sent or purchase refunded by Best TV Parts Plus, the purchaser agrees to then and only then file a dispute with PayPal. 

LOCAL GTA DELIVERY

• Orders will be delivered with 24 hours of purchase. 

• Orders must be received by 12:00pm to be delivered by 12:00pm the preceding day. Any orders received after 12:00pm will not qualify for the 24 hour  delivery and will put into a 36 hour delivery commitment.

• Best TV Parts Plus will call ahead of time to confirm a delivery window. If delivery is attempted within the delivery window and no one is there to receive the order it's at our discretion whether to leave the order at the door or return the to our store. If returning to the store is determined as the best solution the purchaser will have come the store to pickup or pay another delivery fee.
•  Deliveries are for Business Days only i.e. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. No Statutory holidays.

• Walkways should be cleared of snow and ice and allow enough traction to avoid slips, trips or falls and in good repair so as not to cause injury. Steps should also be kept clear of ice and snow and in good repair so as not to cause injury. 

• Pets must be contained or leashed during the delivery.

• We can not wait if no one is there. 

• The shipping address is what we'll use as the delivery address.

• We will do our best to get shipments to customers according to the time constraints outlined in the purchase agreement. However, there are things beyond our control that could affect shipments like but not limited to; climatological events, natural disasters, civil unrest and/or protests, acts of war, strikes, disease and viral outbreaks and technological disruptions. In the event of any of these type of events Best TV Parts Plus will not be held liable if we're not able to complete the transaction in the agreed time. We will make our effects to complete the transaction as soon as possible.

REFUNDS

Transaction fees charged by third parties ie PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bank charges, shipping charges...etc will not be refunded. All "change of mind" refund requests will be subject to a $15.00 restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund. All change of mind requests must be made within one hour of the purchase.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

All shipments are insured. If a part is damaged in shipping the insurance covers the cost of the part only i.e. service charges, taxes and shipping charges are not covered. 

USE OF THIS WEBSITE

Failure to follow the procedures, rules or processes stated in the terms and conditions could result in an order being cancelled and/or being banned from the use of this website.

PRICE GUARANTEE

Is applicable to Canadian based parts retailers only and physically located in Canada.

DELIVERY OF SHIPMENTS

If no one is at the delivery address to receive the shipments some shipments may be left at the address. The decision to leave the shipment or provide a pick up notice for the to be picked up at another location is totally at the discretion of the  delivery person or shipping company. We assume no responsibility shipments left the shipping address.
